Looking forward to the fact that chicken liver has a high cholesterol...is it
1. Advisable to give 50gms of the same to my 10 year old son daily?
2.my wife has a haemoglobin of 9. She is 42 yrs...is it ok to ask her to eat chicken liver of 50 gms daily?
