Losing Strength In My Hands And Arms More The Left

Losing strength in my hands and arms more the left then right. Already had c-3 c-4 c-5 fused. That helped a lot the bad head aces are almost gone thank god. I feel on the ice this winter and had a ex- Ray taken. C-1 c-2 are missed up how. Is this causing the problem . If so what do they do to help me
