Lot Of Burping. Pulsating On Left Side Abdomen. I Have

Lot of burping. Pulsating on left side abdomen. I have gallstones and a cyst on left kidney along with what doctor says is benign tumor (don't know how long it's been there). Ate some fried foods yesterday and gumbo today which doesn't help. But my main concern is pulsating minor pain. This has happened about three times in probably last two months
