Low Back Pain. Thought It Was My Scoliosis Acting Up

Low back pain. thought it was my scoliosis acting up but seems to be more towards side rather than spine and the only symptom I had from a UTI in Late Oct. could this be another UTI so soon Had no other symptoms and have no other symptoms now either.
