Lower Left Molar #19 Extreme Pain, Have Had Two Root

Lower left molar #19 extreme pain, have had two root canals on this tooth. Looking for some relief from the pain until I can see the Endodontice. Treating with Tylenol 8HR Arthritis Pain Relief, ice water an ice packs, these are not working anymore!!!
