Lower Part Of My Left Eye Where There Is Small

Lower part of my left eye where there is small hole is swollen and is paining even if I blink .Eyes are always watery and I also do hav a runny nose.Excessive discharge is coming from that small hole of my left eye only.right eye is normal no problem with it.
