Lump On The Roof Of My Mouth, Just Left Of

Lump on the roof of my mouth, just left of centre where my hard and soft palate meet. Recently was treated for a sinus infection and strep throat. 10 days of amoxicillin. Ended antibiotics about a week and a half ago. Lump appeared after antibiotics were done. Also still experiencing pressure and some sinus symptoms.
