Lumps On Cervix Found In Pap Test, Is It Matter To Worry?

i had a pap test done yeaterday and she told me that i have what she called a mole on my cervix and told me were is was, i tried to feel for some thing and felt to lumps the size of peas they dont hurt. i have 4 children all c sections and have been with my husband for 18 years and it has been 5 years since my last test. she said even if the test comes back clear i need to go see a gyno. should i be worried i am 35
