M Currently Infected With A Cold Sore . My Scab

M currently infected with a cold sore . My scab peeled off today its only been 3days and i have read this process happens only after 4-5 days . Are there any chances that they are gona reoccur again ?? . And is it okay if i clean that peeled area with dettol ?
And can u tell me any remedy so that the bacteria dies and doesnt occur again home remedy please .
