M Husband Had A Vasectomy About 10 Years Ago. WE

M husband had a vasectomy about 10 years ago. WE also use condoms because we don't like the mess. I am 45 years old and i have always had very regular periods, I could practically set my watch to them. But I haven't a period since the end of Feb. It's almost May and my breast are huge and sore, but the y also get that was just before I start my period.. I took a test and it said negative, but I am still worried. Could it be menopause so early?
