M Stomach Feels Like A Balloon And I Look Like

M stomach feels like a balloon and I look like I am pregnant. I can't really eat because I feel so full, my left lower side of my stomach hurts. I get sharp pain when I sit down. It feels like I am full of gas but it's not gas. By the end of the night it goes all the way to my breast. My thighs are real swollen too.
