M Using Foilgain, But I Want To Ask, How Can

M using Foilgain, but I want to ask, how can it be used on daily basis, hair looks oily if we go out like that? Should I wash my hair daily then? That would damage my hair more, but it says use daily plz help!!
What else I should do for hair growth over parietal part of my head??
