M30 Having Problem In Sitting For Long Time. After Continuous

M30 having problem in sitting for long time. After continuous sitting feels burning sensations at anal area and burning during urinating. This is not prostatitis as already lot of treatment checkups done.
Piles also not found but this prob is getting worst as I have to work for 12 hrs in sitting position on soft chairs.
