MRI Finding. There Is Fatty Province Lateral To The Talus.

MRI finding. There is fatty province lateral to the talus. There is a fat signal intensity mass medial to the anterior aspect of the calcaneus consistent with a lipoma measuring 2.1x1.6x3.8cm. There is degenerative changes of the mid foot with sub cortical cystic change at the distal navicular articulation with the middle cuneiform. There is also sub cortical cystic changes at the articulation of the lateral cuneiform with the base of the fourth metatarsal. There is mild edema in the area of the lateral cuneiform and fourth metatarsal base articulation. Is this something that I need to rake care of and what will be done?
