MRI Of Injury (9/17/15) On Left (non-dominant) Shoulder Is Rupture

MRI of injury (9/17/15) on left (non-dominant) shoulder is rupture of the acromioclavicular ligaments and joint capsules, probable high grade tear partial tear of the coracoclavicular ligaments and oblique tear of the supraspinatus tendon. I have good range of motion, no significant loss of strength and tolerable pain. Can I avoid or postpone surgery to see if this heals on its own?
