MRI of my wife showed (in 2012) showed reduced disc space with diffuse disc bulge at C5-C6 level causing bilateral traversing nerve root compression, and partial tear of supraspinatus tendon extending upto the bursal surface. now she is having swelling in her hands(upper elbow portion and and at her ankle. whome to consult kindly advise
