MRI report shows mild dehydration and loss of height of both L4-L5-S1 discs with few scattered schmorl's nodes at different end plates
There is a small central posterior L4-L5 disc protrusion mildly iminging on the anterior thecal disc(axial N-FFE im 10-11)
