MVA 6 Yrs Ago Whiplash Head Smashing Side Window, Undiagnosed

MVA 6 yrs ago whiplash head smashing side window, undiagnosed fracture to C2 caused neck spasms head pushed to one side, orthopaedic dr did MUA plus paralysis procedure 6 mths ago now unbearable pain can't walk without strong analgesics, areas of skin wrinkling, headaches, nose bleeds, bones in neck clicking and popping, and protruding, memory loss, hearing loss one ear, eyes blurry, bones out of line, can't make decisions, neck needed operation but chose wrong dr. wants to do 3 level disc replacement, but I want nurosurgeon, he feels he started treatment by pushing my neck out of locked position now wants to operate, i have no confidence with him says i will be paralysed if nothing is done
