MY 47 Year Old Daughter Has Recently Been Put On

MY 47 year old daughter has recently been put on the following meds and I don't think it's right. She is out it most of the time I'm afrid she is going to burn the house down as she is a smoker and a drinker. Should these be prescribed together?
