MY LDL Level Is 166. I However Do Not Eat

MY LDL Level is 166. I however do not eat junk food and take limited non-veg food. I however consume white rice in regular for lunch, which is inevitable in our course of life. what are other options to bring down LDL ? and is the level is risky? Please advise.
