MY daughter is in a relationship with a young man (24 this week) former college football player.. in average shape no longer working out... he claims that he is unable to ejaculate due to not staying hydrated claims to have seen a doctor and was told he would have to hydrate throughout a planned day to be able to ejaculate... is this a real condition??
