MY mother fell and dislocated her shoulder they put in in the hospital and put it back she was doing good and then a couple of days later she turned worse and passed away and they said something broke loose and there was a clot on the lung she had been taking warfarin but they took her off and gave her platelets before they done the procedure could that have caused her to pass away
