Male 72 Years Old Been In Good Health All My

Male 72 years old been in good health all my life. Had a physical 2 months ago, everything seemed excellent, especially my heart.
A few weeks ago started having chest pain could be called an ache. Located in about the center of my chest area.
I got hepatitis C in Mexico about 10 or 15 yr ago. 20 years ago my gall bladder was removed. I spectacular the liver.
