Male. Age 60. Having Pain In Joints. Particularly Both Shoulders.

Male. Age 60. Having pain in joints. Particularly both shoulders. Knees. Example. When sitting on the floor doing work I try to get up. Stiff and very painful in both knees until I can get a few steps. Then it seems to clear up. In the shoulders, when reaching back or in bed if I put arm out, and sometimes lay my head on my arm, it is quite painful. I can then move the arm to 90 degrees and it eases somewhat.
