Male With Crushed Lineal & Medial Tendons & Ligaments In

Male with crushed lineal & medial tendons & ligaments in knee area as a result he is suffering extreem leg cramps both thigh & calf... currentlt taking 300mg of qinine almost every night... he is experiencing bruising, ringing in ears, headaches.. what other treatments çan we use...have hot n cold packs, we do massages, stretches etc, also taking permant amoxycillin as has no spleen, spiriva, prodine fore, clonazepam, several asthma puffers, symbicort,tramadol,& metoclopramide hydrochloride...thank you..
