Mammary Duct Ectasia, Is It Dangerous, Should I Worry About

Mammary duct ectasia, is it dangerous, should I worry about my life?
I got surgery one month ago because my doctor said that there
are some suspicious marks on the left breast but he couldn't
confirm if they are malign or benign. Attached I am sending
you the results of the surgery and analisis.
I need your help if I should continue with chemotherapy
as my doctor prescribed me to do so, or should I
continue with my life with no worry ? !
