Man Idk What To These Things Idk If They Bites

Man idk what to these things idk if they bites or what but im getting these scabd all over my chest and back some bigger then others nd they are in random places.... if there is a way i can send u a picture and u tell me what they are???? I kinda think its bed bugs but idk and if it is i wanna get it taken care of immediately
