Many Husband Came Home From Work Today W/ Severe Cramping.

Many husband came home from work today w/ severe cramping. Nausea cold sweats. No fever. Just felt out of it ...13 years ago he had encephalitis and was in a coma for 7 days ...Very little residual side effects ...since then he has missed maybe 5 days work for being sick ...he as a rule doesn't stay home ...
He also is complaining that his feet feel cold ..is there any correlation ..
