Many Neurological Issues After Parathroid Surgery, Has Been Various Issues

Many neurological issues after parathroid surgery, has been various issues progressing throughout the year. The doctors have not been able to figure out what is going on, and they're still looking. Recently I've had popping and a feeling of liquid running around my head. Along with heavy shaking and confusion which has been growing over months. Should I be going to the ER for this as it has been getting worse per day since the weekend?
