Many Years Ago I Was Put On Thyroid Medication At

Many years ago I was put on thyroid medication at a very high dosage which resulted in essential tremors in my hand. I was told at that time by my cardiologist that I should never have been given that medication as I did not have a low thyroid problem. Now at age 81 years old I have been put on this medication again as my last labs indicated a low thyroid. The dosage is 0.075 MG 1 tablet before breakfast. I am concerned that my tremors will get worse. Your input please.
