Many Years Taking Lamictal 200mg Twice Day. Tremors Have Taken

Many years taking lamictal 200mg twice day. Tremors have taken over my life. Can no longer use cups and other utensils. MD just put me on propranolol and last 4 days migraine with aura and increased tremors. Stopped immediately, now given me Topiramate, I've been reluctant to use fearing increased side effects. I'm on Coumadin for heart surgery. Migraine aura/seizures since age 5 now 80 , enough already. 3years ago, fall, hit head on curb stone. Hospital and PT over a year, concussion taking a lot from me, now using walker. Can't walk w/out it.
