Marble Sized Lump About And Inch Below Tailbone, Inside Crack

Marble sized lump about and inch below tailbone, inside Crack of butt, above anus. Hard, tender to touch, and has been oozing pus/blood mixture for 20 min non stop. Whiteish bacteria like film around lump though can be wiped away. Painful to; sit, walk, stand, and even if I lay on my stomach it aches. Had lump for approximately 3 days, just started oozing today
