May I Ask A Question?? Why I Am Experiencing Slight

May I ask a question?? why I am experiencing slight chest pain and slight stomach ache together? just a few days before when I sniff a dust I feel Shortness of breath then when I lie down I also feel shortness of breath?? I don't have cough but I always lie down before because I dont have any things I can do. Is it possible that I have any disease on lungs heart etc?? I'm also a fat kid weighing 91 kilos and my height is 5'11??
