May name is Evelyn and I will be 50 in 3 months. Within the past 6 months I have gained about 15 pounds even though I eat right. I have Celiac disease so I am very careful as to what I eat. I feel so uncomfortable in my own skin and at times feel like I am having a hard time breathing. I don't know what to do.
