Maybe Once Or Twice A Month I Wake Up With

Maybe once or twice a month I wake up with hickey like marks under my chin? Some times it's big sometimes it's small, doesn't hurt and doesn't bother my but I just find it very odd, it is red, a bit like a rash but by skin is smooth. I have no health problems and I am a young female, Any ideas?
