Me And My Boyfriend Had Unprotected Sex For About A

Me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex for about a minute. He didn't not ejaculate in me. I took the pill an hour or 2 after and was in the middle of my period during this time. It made my period very light and brown and it lasted about 5 days after I took the pill I have not had any side effects up until about 3 weeks after taking it and then my boobs started hurting very bad. I was supposed to start my period 4 days ago and have not. What is going on? Please help??
