Me And My Boyfriend Had Unprotected Sex On Tuesday Night

Me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex on Tuesday night (8 days before my period is expected to arrive) and I took Plan B the very next morning. However, we had unprotected sex again on Wednesday and I was wondering if I take another pill if it would help avoid pregnancy still. I know that it's not a birth control and it's made for emergencies, TRUST ME arrangements have been made to get on actual birth control now. But should I take another one for now? Or will the first one work? That would be two in one week. Please help!
