Me And My Boyfriend Haven't Had Intercourse Yet, But We

Me and my boyfriend haven't had intercourse yet, but we have gotten sexual. I had my pants (and underwear) off and he had his underwear on. We were I guess "dry humping" and he pulled away as he came. Is there any way this could cause me to get pregnant or have an ectopic pregnancy? Could any of his sperm gotten on me/ in me? My period was due 11 days ago and I started feeling emotional + cramps a little over a week ago, but still no blood. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative but I might have done it wrong? Could my period just be late because im stressing over pregnancy? This is also my first time in a relationship and we started dating a month ago, so I've had slight anxiety about being with him for the first few weeks. Please help!
