Me And My Boyfriend Were Having Sex About To Days

Me and my boyfriend were having sex about to days ago, then he started fingering me. It was kinda rough but in the middle of it I felt a bad pain come from my vagina. I freaked out and ran to the bathroom and sat in the bath, it helped at the moment but when I got out it just started hurting again. It hurts really bad when I pee or when I walk a lot. This is embarrassing but I took a picture of down there to see if I saw anything & there was a like yellowish small oval above my hole.
I just want to know if there's anything that I can do to make it heal or if it will heal.
Please help.
