Me And My Fiance Started Getting Sick About 3-4days Ago.

Me and my fiance started getting sick about 3-4days ago. She started first with the vomiting and diahrea hers went on for about 6-7hrs that day/night, and then the next night mine started as well wit the fever and then the vomiting and diahrea but yesterday we both felt OK and then today stomachs started hurting again she started to vomit and I started with the diahrea again and now she says her belches taste like rotten eggs and mines taste like nasty old popcorn.so is it a virus or something more serious we need to b concerned with??
