Me And My Husband Started Trying In The Beginning Of

Me and my husband started trying in the beginning of October. I am now more than two weeks late, but all the home pregnancy tests have come out negative. Last week I started noticing some very light (dark brown) bleeding which also turned bright red recently. Should I see my doctor?
