Me and my kids are positive for reactivated mono. The last week I've become increasingly more dizzy and lightheaded. If I talk too much or read aloud I feel like I will pass out and feel like I'm in a tunnel. Could the mono have this affect? Could my spleen be enlarged and pressing on my lung? I also have a fullness in my left rib cage with occasional sharp shooting pain that comes from directly under my left breast
