Me And My Partner Been Having Sex And A Couple

Me and my partner been having sex and a couple days ago I notice the right side of my outer labia is swollen and it seems like a scratch and it is painful but not extreme..I never had this before so I don't know if it's a symptom of a std or just a scratch..no bleeding no unusual discharge or burning when urinating...what should I do?
