Me And My Soon To Be Husband Have Been Trying

Me and my soon to be husband have been trying to convince for the past year and 4 months and we are still not pregnant. I have been tracking my ovulations and periods every month and are intimate on those days. I am fertile but not sure if he is? We have Medicare from the state and can't pay for him to get checked.
When we was a kid we was jumping over a fence and cut his testicles and he had to go to the doctor. Could this be a cause of us not getting pregnant? Could it be fixed? Is there a medical center in WV that would take a medical card because of financial issues?
