Me And My Wife Had Added And The Next Day

Me and my wife had added and the next day woke up with bumps on our Gentiles. Hers are very small and whitish and clustered together for the most part where mine are 2 big bumps spaced apart on my shaft and have heads on them, kind of like an infected bite or a pimple. It's been 4 days and they are still on me and her. Both of us are developing a sore throat that is gettin worse every day. Is this hpv or could it be something more serious?
