Medical Advice On Green Chunky Discharge From Nose

I am having green chunky discharge clearing from my nose to my throat. THis started Monday morning and has happened every morning since. I also am experiencing neck and shoulder aches. I do not seem to have a cold. Should this infection be seen by a doctor?
