Medical Advice On Kidney Problems

hi, i have had a ct scan as well as a renal retrograde on my right kidney. tests show i have a kink in my ureture as well as a vien from my right ovary has wrapped itself around the ureture. i am awaiting surgery. the flank pain is getting worse. i barely sleep. i am tired, fatigued, have little energy or stamina. i have stopped exercising as this seems to make the pain worse. should i be concerned and call my doctor?
