Medical History: Short Stature, 5 Feet Tall With Lower Body

Medical history: Short stature, 5 feet tall with lower body style similar to achondroplasia,
Hypothyroidism, I suspect ADD, In past 10 years, low energy, low concentration etc, severe mood swings, irritability and angry outbursts, depression, all possibly related to ADD and hypothyroid. Increasing over past 7 years, severe craniofacial hyperhydrosis and intense body heat. My most recent development last year at age 49, cortical cataract surgery both eyes and over past 2 years with increasing frequency lately---chronic nose bleeds one nostril to the point of almost daily now (every time I blow my nose). My question is: Are any of these things related i.e. pituitary gland or sympathetic nervous system damage? Also, note, I did have a head concussion from equestrian accident as a teenager around age 14.
