Merry Christmas, Im So Sick With The Flu I Feel

Merry Christmas, im so sick with the flu i feel like death, ta king the little peafrl pill but doesnt seem to be helpful, tussin with codine which also to me doesnt seem to be helpful, now for the last 2 days i have bouts of not being able too pass urine Help , what can i do to feel a little better chest hurting from this coughing.
