Metallic Smell In Nose When I Blow My Nose. My

Metallic smell in nose when i blow my nose. My nose is congested, and I have a lot of mucus. I also have headaches I believe are associated with this. This happens a lot during fall and spring, it doesn't seem like it is connected to me exercising. I was also wondering how I can treat this at home and naturally. Thank you.
